Overview
The Conversica Revenue Digital Assistant™ is expert at identifying hot leads who are ready to engage with you. The Conversica + Chili Piper integration allows reps to present leads with an option to schedule a meeting at a date and time convenient for all parties involved, reducing friction and increasing sales opportunities.
Chili Piper scheduling is available on Drive Action conversations at no additional cost.
How It Works
When your Revenue Digital Assistant uses a Chili Piper-enabled conversation, your Assistant's messages can contain a URL that links to your Chili Piper router or queue. In this link, Conversica will pass the Salesforce Lead ID of the lead to Chili Piper so that all lead activity can be tracked. When a lead clicks on the Chili Piper link, they will be given an opportunity to select a date and time for a meeting. Once the meeting is booked, your Revenue Digital Assistant will skip to follow up with the lead. At this time, Conversica only passes Lead IDs, not Contact IDs, to Chili Piper.
Setup
- Follow the instructions from Chili Piper to configure an inbound router or create a queue. A queue is a group of potential assignees based on specific rules you set up while a router is a way to distribute meetings across multiple queues.
- Within Chili Piper, copy the router URL from the Router Settings section of the router setup page, or the booking link URL from the edit queue page as shown below, depending on whether you are using a router or queue:
- Provide your router or booking URL to your Technical Account Manager, who will configure a conversation with the proper settings for your router. Please note that some accounts may not have access to Chili Piper conversations depending on account type. Contact your Technical Account Manager for specific details.
What happens when a meeting is scheduled?
Once ChiliPiper notifies Conversica that a meeting is scheduled, your assistant will pause messaging and follow up with the lead 48 hours later to make sure they are all set.
