Lead Manager is a central database to manage leads in Conversica's dashboard. Access Lead Manager from Conversica's dashboard by clicking Lead Manager in the navigation menu.
There are two views: List View and Response View. Click on the toggle as in the image below to switch between views easily.

List View
List View organizes leads into a tabular view.
Details
- When you access Lead Manager for the first time, the default view displays responses over the last 30 days, with the most recent responses at the top. However, since the dashboard dates have persistent settings, if you select another timeframe in the Date dropdown (e.g. All Time, Year to Date, etc.), that will be your default view going forward until you change it again.
- To add or remove columns from the List View, click Table Preferences. The Lead Name and Assigned Rep columns cannot be hidden.
- Click on a lead to view the complete Conversation History in a separate modal.
- The List View displays 25 results per page by default. Navigate to the bottom of the page to change the number of results displayed or navigate to additional pages:
Response View
Response view organizes leads by their responses to Conversica.
Details
- The Lead Response menu displays the most recent responses. To see the complete two-way conversation, navigate to the Conversation History window on the right.
- When you access Lead Manager for the first time, the default view displays responses over the last 30 days, with the most recent responses at the top. - Lead responses show the lead's status, name, phone number (if available), and the date and time of the response.
- Navigate to the Conversation History and click Lead Details to see additional information about the lead.
- Click Download PDF to download the Conversation History into PDF file.
- The Response View displays 25 leads per page by default. Navigate to the bottom of the page to change the number of results displayed or navigate to additional pages:
Filter & Search
You can filter and search for organizing and analyzing data in the Lead Manager.
Search
You can easily find information in the Lead Manager with a simple search. Navigate to Find a Lead and enter the keywords you are looking for.
Sort (List View)
Sort the List View by clicking on any column header at the top of the screen to organize the data in ascending or descending order.
Filter
Apply filters to refine the results. Default filters are displayed at the top of the page. Click Advanced Settings to see additional filters.
Refer to the table below for a list of available filters.
Filter | Definition |
Stars | Filter the leads to display Starred or Not Starred leads. Refer to Stars for more information. |
Status | Filter leads by lead status. Refer to Lead Status Definitions for more information. |
Date Range | Filter all activities that occurred within a specific date range. By default, this filter is set to Last 30 Days. |
Scheduled or Responded in Range | Filter activity based on the period in which the lead is scheduled to be messaged or when the lead response was received. |
Progress | Filter leads by their progress in Conversica such as those that have been worked, engaged, and provided feedback. |
Teams | Rep | Filter leads by Teams or by specific reps. You may select more than one team or rep at a time. Note: If you are assigned to monitor a Team, this filter defaults to the team(s) that you monitor. You may filter to other teams by making additional selections within this filter. |
Conversation Stage | Filter by the Conversation Stage. This includes conversations that are currently messaging, stopped, or excluded. |
Conversation Status | Filter by leads by the Conversation Status. This includes Check Back Later, Do Not Email, and Unsubscribes. |
Conversation | Filter leads by the conversation in which they were engaged. |
Communication Medium | Filter leads by the communication medium Conversica used when engaging in conversation. |
Salesforce Campaign* | Filter leads by those that have been applied to a Salesforce Campaign. *Applicable to Salesforce integration. |
Download CSV
Data can be exported from the Lead Manager into a CSV file by clicking Download CSV. Refer to Export Leads from Conversica for more information.
Upload Leads
Lead lists can be manually imported to Conversica by uploading a .csv file. Refer to Importing Leads with the Lead Uploader for more details.
