Wrong RDA sending out emails
I have a Rep who is receiving his Alerts from our other RDA who shares our Dashboard. It's not the RDA that we use in the UK, but our NAM RDA. I have checked and I see that our campaign is in fact set up sending a message from our NAM RDA in the campaign in question. Why does our Rep, when there is a response from a Lead, receive an update on the stage or status from the wrong RDA ie our NAM RDA? Is that normal?
