Excluding a lead from a specific URL.
Is it possible to exclude a lead from a specific URL? Website leads are funneled into a specific shared lead source. There are certain spots on the website that need to be excluded (I.e. service appointment requests) that do not need sales messaging but are received as part of a shared lead source. Excluding the entire lead source would limit sales customers from messaging as well.

That’s a great question.
In certain situations, we are able to exclude a lead based on secondary information received from the lead source. For example, we might receive a lead from a URL (Dealer.com) that contains a sub-source (E-pricer). In this case, we would be able to exclude the sub-source while allowing other leads from the primary lead source to be worked by the assistant.
I’d like to see some specific examples in order to ensure that this would work for your use-case. As such, I’ll be creating a Support ticket and follow up with you there.
