Today, we are excited to begin the Universal Login migration. We will be starting the Migration at 10:00 AM Pacific and will have all users migrated by 5:00 PM. Please continue to Login with the my.conversica.com URL. Once your user has been migrated to this new experience, you will be prompted to login to the new login page, login.conversica.com. 

This update provides a simplified login experience by using one set of credentials for accessing all Conversica Dashboards. If you have multiple dashboards, you will no longer have to log in separately for each one with this new feature.

What’s New? 

This change will have a minimal impact on your user experience and will offer a cleaner and more direct login process. If you use the old login URL, you will be redirected to the new URL and will have to log in again. Make sure to update any bookmarks you may have!

For customers with multiple dashboards, you can now log in once and select the dashboard you want to access. You also have the ability to set one of the accounts presented as primary, which means the next time you log in with this account, you will be directed to that dashboard. If you are interested in enacting this view, please reach out to our team at support@conversica.com.

Once logged in, when a user selects their username, the drop down menu now includes:

• A call out to which account is their primary account
• A link to take them back to the dashboard selector to change accounts
• The following options remain the same as before:
• User Settings
• Sign Out

Please note that Salesforce integration users WILL NOT be affected by this change and will continue to log in to Conversica via the Salesforce App.
