We are so excited to announce the launch of Conversica’s New User Series! Our experts have designed these fundamental courses to help new users learn foundational skills and best practices when using Conversica.
What is the New User Series?
The New User Series is a multi-part training program for new Conversica users or anyone that needs a refresh on using Conversica.
The series contains training opportunities to help educate a new user on foundational Conversica user knowledge in these key areas:
- Dashboard and User Management
- Conversation Management
- Lead Management
*Please note, most of the content is geared toward admin and manager-level Conversica users. If you are unsure if it’s the right fit for you, comment on the post below or contact your Customer Success Manager!
