August Conversation Update!
Welcome to our conversation update in the Conversica Community! We plan on having an update for you about once a month with all of our new conversations that are now available.

This month we are bringing you two language variations as part of our commitment to expanding our language offerings, as well as some new Customer Success IVA offerings.

Conversational Marketing
Japanese Reengage: Drive Action - The Reengage Conversation caters to leads between 1 and 8 months old that have not been engaged in over 30 days. These leads have expressed interest in the past and Conversica will contact them to see if they are interested in your products and services now. In the Drive Action variation, your assistant will message leads, driving them to interact with a link before setting up a phone call. Your assistant can interact with your customers in Japanese.
French Reengage: Drive Action Standalone - The Reengage Conversation caters to leads between 1 and 8 months old that have not been engaged in over 30 days. These leads have expressed interest in the past and Conversica will contact them to see if they are interested in your products and services now. In the Drive Action Standalone variation, your assistant will message leads, driving them to interact with a link. Your assistant can interact with your customers in French.
Conversational Customer Success
Schedule Review: Drive Action Standalone - Conversica's Schedule Review conversation will reach out to current clients to help your account representatives schedule a performance review with their clients. Your assistant will ask the lead if they would like to schedule a review. In the Drive Action Standalone variation, your assistant will message leads, driving them to interact with a link.
Customer Cross Sell: Learning More and Drive Action - Conversica's Customer Cross-Sell conversation engages leads that are using a customer's products to see if they might be interested in other business units or product lines. The initial outreach asks the lead if they would like to learn more about your services and products. Your assistant will message leads, driving for a call with a representative. After a lead has had the opportunity to speak with a representative, your assistant will follow up with the lead to ensure they received all the information they needed. In the Drive Action variation, your assistant will message leads, driving them to interact with a link before setting up a phone call.
