What is Conversica doing to reduce Leads to Review?
In recent years, Conversica addressed the risk of Leads to Review by creating the Intuitive Conversation Flow to enhance the functionality of our conversations to further drive value for our customers. So the question is, did it even improve the performance of our conversations? Absolutely! The Intuitive Conversation Flow contains additional exchanges to ensure that customers are getting the most out of their contacts.
Here is the Original Conversation Flow (3 series) containing the 3 primary objectives. This old conversation addressed only a few touch points. If the lead’s goal cannot be satisfied in this conversation flow, it will result in a Lead to Review.
Here is an Intuitive Conversation Flow containing the 3 primary objectives and an additional 7 exchanges. The number of additional exchanges vary by conversation.
By addressing these additional touch points in a conversation, the workload for the rep lightens up. This means that Intuitive Conversations bring value by reducing the volume of Leads to Review and prioritizing the leads who are most interested. But it doesn’t stop there! If you’re a rep, you’ll find that these Intuitive Conversations will also capture alternate contacts from your leads. This is your chance to add these alternate contacts to your CRM. Down below is what the metrics look like for the Announcement Outreach Conversation for all time, across all clients and industries. The AI Platform column with AIv3 refers to the Original Conversation (3 series), while the AIv4 refers to the Intuitive Conversation.
If you’re wondering how we observed the impact on performance from this change in our AI, we used a variation of this experimental process explained in another post by our teammate.
