October Conversation Update!
Welcome to our conversation update in the Conversica Community! We plan on having an update for you about once a month with all of our new conversations that are now available.

This month we are bringing you multiple language variations as part of our commitment to expanding our language offerings, as well as some new link first offerings. In these new Link First variations, your assistant will send the link in the first email exchange.

Conversational Marketing
Webinar Invite: Link First - Conversica’s Webinar Invite conversation invites leads to a webinar held by your company. Conversica will reach out to leads before the webinar to state when the webinar will be held and a general description of what will be covered. In the Link First variation, your assistant will send the link in the first email exchange.
Reengage: Link First - Conversica’s Reengage Conversation caters to leads between 1 and 8 months old that have not been engaged in over 30 days. These leads expressed interest in the past and Conversica will contact them to see if they are interested in speaking to someone about your products and services now. In the Link First variation, your assistant will send the link in the first email exchange.
German Reengage: Drive Action - The Reengage Conversation caters to leads between 1 and 8 months old that have not been engaged in over 30 days. These leads have expressed interest in the past and Conversica will contact them to see if they are interested in your products and services now. In the Drive Action variation, your assistant will message leads, driving them to interact with a link before setting up a call. Your assistant can interact with your customers in German.
Conversational Sales
Spanish, Portuguese, and German Sales Attempted Contacts: Drive Action Standalone - Conversica’s Sales Attempted Contacts conversation is designed to reach out to contacts where a representative has attempted to connect with the lead but the communication has been unsuccessful. In the Drive Action Standalone variation, your assistant will send a link for your leads to interact with instead of setting up a phone call. Your assistant can interact with your customers in Spanish, Portuguese, or German.
Italian Sales Attempted Contacts: Drive Action and Standalone - Conversica’s Sales Attempted Contacts conversation is designed to reach out to contacts where a representative has attempted to connect with the lead but the communication has been unsuccessful. In the Drive Action Standalone variation, your assistant will reach out and drive to a meeting with the assigned representative that has already attempted contact. Your assistant will communicate with your leads in Italian.
Spanish, French, German Interested Contacts: Drive Action - Conversica’s Interested Contacts conversation is designed to reach out to contacts that have recently expressed interest and requested communication online. In the Drive Action variation, your assistant will send a link for your leads to interact with before setting up a phone call. Your assistant can interact with your customers in Spanish, French, or German.
Conversational Customer Success
NPS Detractor Follow Up: Drive Action Standalone - Conversica's NPS Follow-up: Detractor conversation is designed to target customers that have filled out a survey and gave a bad score. The goal of the conversation is to gather more information from your customer about why their experience was unsatisfactory. In the Drive Action Standalone variation, your assistant will send a link for your leads to interact with instead of setting up a phone call.
Spanish Renewal Request - Conversica’s Renewal Request conversation caters to your clients with a contract that is about to expire. The goal of this conversation is to identify if customers are interested in renewing their contract. Your assistant will ask the lead if they want more information about their options. Your assistant will send a link for your leads to interact with instead of setting up a phone call.
Spanish Onboarding Information - Conversica's Onboarding Information reaches out to contacts who have recently become customers but need to complete the onboarding process. Your assistant will message leads In Spanish, driving for a call with a representative.
