To initiate the integration between Conversica & Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), the Conversica Application must be installed and connected. This straightforward process can be easily completed by following the steps below. Let's go through them now.
Download Conversica's
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Package
1. Install the Conversica App through the SFMC login here.
2. Login to the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Environment.
3. Once the page loads, click Install in the top-right corner.
4. After the package is installed, click the Access tab that appears.
5. Check the box next to License all current and future users in [your account name] and click Save.

Configure Conversica's
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Package
Now that the Conversica app is installed, let's dive into configuring the package. Follow along with the steps below to get the two systems connected!
1. Sign into your SFMC dashboards if you're not already logged in.
2. In the SFMC dashboard, navigate to App Exchange, then choose Conversica.
3. Once the setup screen appears, Verify the below account tabs:

Connect SFMC S2S Application
- Client's SFMC Admin will have these credentials.
- Credential to use: Client ID, Client Secret & Authentication Base URI domain

Connect Conversica API
- Client's Technical Account Manager will create and provide credentials for client.

Review connection has been made on the Review Config screen.

Note: The client dashboard must be provisioned and enabled for Conversica API use, contact Conversica support if needed.
4. The app installation will create a couple of different Data Extension tables in Marketing cloud. Customer will need to map their contact fields with Conversica standard fields used in this Data Extension.
5. Click the Conversica App Home Screen in Marketing Cloud. This screen provides leads that are processed from Journey Builder and sent to Conversica along with the key fields.
