Client Implementation with GuideCX
Once our contract team swiftly processes your new order form within 2 business days, and your strategy call wraps up with your fantastic Customer Success Manager (CSM) and Technical Account Manager (TAM), get set for the next step. Your TAM will promptly send you an email invitation to access your dedicated GuideCX implementation project plan. Keep an eye out for this important email—it's your gateway to success! Now, let's dive into the steps on how to gain access and navigate GuideCX.
- Note: During your onboarding phase, make it a habit to check your GuideCX implementation project daily. This ensures you stay on top of the project progress and can address any needs or concerns promptly.
1. Upon receipt of the email from the TAM, simply click on the View Project button located at the bottom of the email, just below the TAM's signoff.
2. Once you click View Project, you'll be swiftly directed to the Access Project screen. Simply click to proceed.
3. After selecting Access Project, you'll be prompted to log in to the client-specific implementation project.
4. When you log in to GuideCX, you'll seamlessly land on your task dashboard, offering a comprehensive view of outstanding tasks, complete with due dates and statuses. From here, you can effortlessly monitor your implementation project and enhance collaboration by adding necessary notes or attachments.
