With our Weekly ROI Report Alert, you can quickly review key performance insights such as lead engagement, cost savings, and revenue generation metrics, all from your inbox.
Please note that Automotive Service customers will not be included in the initial launch of this alert. However, we are actively working to include them in future updates.

In the alert you’ll see the following call outs:
- This report pulls in data from your Conversica dashboard (RDA performance, metrics, etc) and also relies on information about your company. (As indicated in the table above)
- To ensure we have the correct information about your company, if we do not have data in the Value Summary Report fields in the dashboard, certain metrics may be blurred out when you first receive the alert.
- These fields can be entered in the Conversica Dashboard > Settings> Company> Value Summary Report.
- Update the information here and click the Use the current data in the report checkbox and click Update Settings. The next report you will receive will have the updated data.
- This section will call out when your current contract renews with a countdown for how many days till that date.
- If you have any questions about the data in this report, utilize the links at the bottom of the article to review the metrics definitions above or contact Support or your Customer Success Manager to ask specific questions.
How to Configure Recipients for the Alert
Any Admins and Managers in your Dashboard will be opted in to receive the alert automatically. Recipients of the ROI Summary Report Alert can be set up and edited through the Conversica Dashboard, under Alert Settings.
- From the Dashboard overview page navigate to Settings > Alerts.
- Navigate to GENERAL ALERTS > Weekly ROI Report and click Settings.
- Use the dropdown at the top to select which Profile you want to review to select which user should receive the alert.
- Click the checkbox to opt in/out of the alert > click Save.
You can also opt users in by editing their Alert Settings in the Edit User functionality.
- From the Dashboard overview page navigate to Settings > Users, Profiles & Teams.
- Navigate to the user you want to opt in/out > click Edit.
- Click Alert Settings > scroll to General Alerts > click the checkbox to opt in/out for the Weekly ROI Report > click Save.
