The Conversica Salesforce package is downloaded from the Salesforce AppExchange. The application includes:
- Conversica custom fields on the lead, contact, and campaign member objects
- Visualforce pages on the lead, contact, and campaign Objects.
- Tab for access to the Conversica Dashboard
Conversica receives leads or contacts added to campaigns in Salesforce.

An integral part of the Conversica service is sending emails on your behalf from your Revenue Digital Assistant™ and being able to receive email responses from prospects for AI classification and follow up.
The preferred approach is to send emails via the Conversica system using a dedicated sub-domain. This setup for messaging allows sending larger quantities of email in shorter periods of time and eliminates any sending limit restrictions.
