The customer status field tells you the current state of the customer. Statuses tell you when a customer is ready for contact, when a response needs review, and when a customer needs additional follow up.
|The customer has expressed interest and is ready for contact. A customer will remain Interested until the assistant follows up and confirms if the customer was contacted.
Response to Review
|The customer's response needs to be reviewed by the rep. Conversica will no longer message this customer, so it is important to review their response to determine if action is needed.
Customer at Risk
|The customer indicated they were not contacted after turning Interested, and/or has additional questions they would like answered.
|The customer indicated they were contacted by the advisor and have no open questions.
