FAQs

A: No. Notes will not be exported back to your integrated system. Notes that you add will only appear in Conversica.
Q: If I add a note, who can see it?
A: Notes are applied at the lead/customer level and anyone with access to view the lead/customer will be able to see the note.
Q: Will my Revenue Digital Assistant™ take action based off of notes that I leave?
A: No, your Revenue Digital Assistant will not interact with your notes at all. Notes are for individual user use, or for a manager/admin to provide information on that lead for the rep to view, and vice versa.
