Vacation Days
Reassign Leads
Users can set Vacation Days to delegate their lead response alerts and lead ownership to another rep while they are out of office. This ensures coverage when action is required and prevents leads from being assigned to unavailable reps.
How to Set Vacation Days
- Log in to Conversica's Dashboard.
- Navigate to your user name in the upper-right corner of the dashboard and click User Settings.
- Scroll down to Miscellaneous Settings and navigate to Set Vacation Days:
- Check Yes.
- Complete the Vacation Days fields:
| Field | Description |
| Start Date | Enter the first date you will not be working. |
| End Date | Enter the last date you will not be working. |
| Reassign new messages to | Select the rep that will be working your leads during the Vacation Days period |
- Click Save.
| Important: Vacation days will change lead/customer assignment to the rep who is taking over for the vacationing rep. This means that lead response alerts will not be sent to the vacationing rep. These alerts will instead be sent to the rep who is taking over. |
