Supported Browsers & Devices

Conversica strives to support the most recent version of the Browsers most commonly used by our Customers. Following an update to any supported browser, we will shift support from the previous version and ensure support of the latest version within four weeks of its release. Conversica Recommends using one of our officially supported Browsers.

Supported Platforms

• macOS: Chrome
• Windows: Chrome, Internet Explorer*

*Microsoft Edge is not supported.

Please note that support indicates that we actively test Conversica using the above platforms and will prioritize resources to address any browser-related issues found on those platforms. Other platforms will be supported on a best-effort basis, but we can not guarantee full support on other platforms.

Looking Forward: We are placing a priority on making the Lead Profile page fully functional and responsive for both iOS and Android, to better support users viewing that page in response to receiving email or SMS alerts.
