What is a Hot Lead?
A Hot Lead is a contact that is engaged in conversation with your Revenue Digital Assistant™ and has responded, indicating interest in your product/services. Your Revenue Digital Assistant (RDA) has nurtured the Hot Lead to a more highly qualified stage compared to other leads in your pipeline, and they are considered sales/contact-ready.
A Hot Lead intends to schedule an appointment, speak with a member of your team, and more depending on the conversation objective.
Why Hot Leads are Important
Hot Leads are vital because they are interested to hear more about your brand, and best of all, they’re expecting a member of your team to follow up with them. Your Revenue Digital Assistant has done the hard work of keeping the lead warm and engaged, so all your human team members need to do is do what they do best - close deals! Hot Leads are your most valuable opportunities, and you should make the absolute most of them by promptly pursuing them.
How to Work Hot Leads
Your team should prioritize their Hot Leads above all other lead types, and Conversica makes this easy with real-time alerts and the dashboard’s Lead Manager. When your Revenue Digital Assistant discovers a Hot Lead, she will hand them off to the assigned representative and notify them so they can follow up. The assigned representative should contact the Hot Lead within 48 hours. These 48 hours are known as the Hot Window. Data shows that after 48 hours, leads lose interest fast, so it’s essential to make contact in the first 48 hours.
Your RDA will provide you with the lead’s best contact information. If you have the lead’s phone number and preferred time for a call, call the lead. Otherwise, send them an email or Reply as Assistant so you can set up an appointment.
After 48 hours, your RDA will automatically follow up with the lead to make sure they’re all set and require no further assistance.
