The Lead Funnel report provides a visual overview of how your leads progress through Conversica, from submission to outreach and delivery. Each stage represents a key step in the engagement process. The report also includes metrics related to Conversica’s Open Tracking feature.
Lead Funnel Metrics
The Lead Funnel report includes the following metrics:
- Submitted Leads: The total number of new leads submitted to Conversica.
- Accepted Leads: The number of leads that count toward your monthly limit (if applicable). This includes leads in stages such as Preparing, Messaging, Sent as Assistant, Client Stopped, Conversica Stopped, Lead Stopped, Invalid Email, Email Bounced, and No Rep Assignment.
- Attempted Leads: The number of leads that were not discarded or excluded and where Conversica initiated outreach. This includes leads in both Healthy and Unhealthy lead quality categories.
- Messaged Leads: The number of leads Conversica successfully delivered a message to. This excludes leads that were attempted but not messaged due to failing email verification, such as invalid or high-risk email addresses filtered out to protect deliverability and sender reputation.
- Leads Sent Tracking Image: The number of leads who received at least one message containing an email open tracking image, included in the assistant’s email signature.
- Leads Opened Tracking Image: The number of leads who opened an email by loading the tracking image included in the assistant’s email signature. This metric is recorded at the lead level, meaning only the first open per lead is counted, not multiple opens across messages. Because some email clients block images, this metric may underreport actual email opens.
- Sales Event Metrics: The number of leads or customers that have converted.
- Sent Link: The number of leads who received a message containing a link.
- Clicked Link: The number of leads who clicked a link in a message.
Additional metrics, such as Engagement and other performance indicators, may be introduced over time.
Note: Metrics are only displayed if they have data. For example, if no Closed RO data exists, the Closed RO metric will not appear in the report.
