Dealer.com "Leads" Integration
The integration is set up properly when the Converisca User is created in Dealer.com, the User's log-in information has been given to the Conversica Install Rep, and the Conversica representative has verified the User's access.
Creating the Conversica User in Dealer.com:
- Create a user profile in Dealer.com with access to the following:
A. The "Leads" tab under the Welcome drop-down menu
B. Access to select "All Leads" under the "More Leads" drop-down
B. Access to select "All Leads" under the "More Leads" drop-down

Merged Leads:
If an existing lead puts in another request, the lead profiles will merge into one customer profile. Due to this, our system will not receive the new lead information and we will miss the lead.
