Help Center gives you quick access to articles where you can find solutions to common support issues. There are several ways to find the information you are looking for in Help Center.
Searching for Articles
Enter keywords into the search bar at the top of the Help Center to find related articles.
Topics highlight current, popular topics. Featured topics may change as other topics become relevant.
Click on the topics to find a collection of related articles.
Review the Recent Activity section at the bottom of the page to view newly published articles or recently updated articles.
Sign in to See More!
Our most frequently viewed articles are visible without a log-in. To access even more information, users may sign-in.
- Navigate to the upper-right corner of the Help Center and click Login.
If you access Conversica from Salesforce, you’ll need to log into the Help Center from within the Conversica dashboard. This can be done by hovering over the “?” icon and clicking on Help Center for top-right, as shown below:
If you do not have a login for the Conversica Dashboard, please contact your Conversica Admin and have them update your User Profile to grant you access.
Returning users may log into the Help Center with their Conversica Dashboard username and password. If you are a returning user but have forgotten your password, click Login Problems? Reset Your Password.
