Conversica Revenue Digital Assistant’s™ conversations are designed to encourage natural engagement with your customers, always working towards your desired business outcomes.
Conversations are represented as a series of exchanges, or building blocks, which help you to understand the conversation flow, key settings, and possible actions.
To help you visualize each conversation’s flow and function, Conversica displays your Conversations within your Dashboard.
There are two Conversation Views:
- Compact View (default) - provides a simplified version of the conversation's flow. From this view, you can quickly understand the conversation’s flow and function.
- Expanded View - provides a complete road map for each conversation. Use this view to see the responses for each exchange and identify how each piece of the conversation fits together.
