Integration

The Velocify integration works by syncing a report to a specific conversation in the Conversica system. This report will need to contain the applicable fields that contain the data that needs to be sent to Conversica, including the Converisca Dialogue field which acts as a unique identifier in our system.

Email

An integral part of the Conversica service is sending emails on your behalf from your virtual assistant and being able to receive email responses from prospects for AI classification and follow up. 

The preferred approach is to send emails via the Conversica system using a dedicated sub-domain. This setup for messaging allows sending larger quantities of email in shorter periods of time and eliminates any sending limit restrictions.
