If you need unique and specific reporting, you can create Custom Reports designed for your business right from the Reporting Enhancement Beta in the Conversica Dashboard.
But how can you access this report at a later date or time, or share it with other team members? With the Save and Manage Custom Reports feature in the Conversica Dashboard, you can now save the reports you create to circle back to them at a later date or share them with your team.

Save a Custom Report
Once you have created a custom report, follow these steps to save and access it at a later time.
- From Reporting, click the Save and Manage Custom Reports dropdown.
- Click Save As New Custom Report.
- Enter a name for the custom report.
- You can not save a new report with the same name as an existing report.
4. Your report will be saved and accessible from the Report list dropdown.
Sharing Custom Reports
It's important to note that custom reports you create and save are only visible to you through the dashboard. We know that sharing reports is important to our customers, so we have created a way for you to share a saved report with a team member.
As a part of this first launch, we have created a simple way for you to share a custom report with team members via the custom URL. Currently, our team is hard at work to improve this functionality and we look forward to evolving this feature in the future!
Follow these steps to share custom reports with your team or view a custom report that has been shared with you.
Note: The ability to share a custom reporting link is not available for SFDC customers.
- After saving your custom report, copy the custom URL associated with the reporting page.

- For example: my.conversica.com/dashboard/reporting/v2/29/

- Send the URL to any team member that has a profile in the dashboard that allows them to view reports.
- If the team member is logged into the dashboard, the user will be directed to the shared report page.
- If the team member is not logged into the dashboard, the user will be redirected to my.conversica.com.
- Once the user logs in, they will need to paste the URL in the navigation bar and will be redirected to the shared report.
Once the user accesses the shared custom report, they can save it to their own list of custom reports following the same steps listed in the Save a Custom Report section.
Modify a Saved Custom Report
If you want to make any filters or metrics changes to a saved report, use the Save Changes to This Custom Report button. Once you apply any changes to a saved report, our system identifies that change and enables the option to save the new changes if desired.
Managing Custom Reports
Rename a Custom Report
- To rename a custom report, click Manage Custom Reports.
- Select the report you want to rename.
- In the Custom Report Name field, enter the new name.
- Click Save Changes.
Deleting a Custom Report
- To delete a custom report, click Manage Custom Reports.
- Select the report you want to delete.
- Click Delete > Yes, Delete Report.
