Logging in via Salesforce
If your organization uses Salesforce, you may access Conversica through the Conversica tab within Salesforce rather than the direct login page. See Troubleshooting Logging in to Conversica for setup steps in both Salesforce Classic and Lightning.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your organization uses SSO (e.g., Okta, Azure AD), your login process may differ.
- Check with your IT team or Conversica Admin to confirm whether SSO is enabled for your account. See Conversica Single Sign-On for more details.
- You may not need to create or use a password depending on your setup

- You’ll need to create new login credentials
FAQs
Q: I have a profile for another account, do I need a different username for each login?
A: Yes, you cannot reuse the same username more than once. If your email is already associated with an account, once you create a new username and login, you will be asked to approve the sync of the other accounts you have a profile for.
Q: My organization uses SSO. Do I still need a username and password?
A: It depends on your configuration. Some organizations use SSO only, while others allow both SSO and standard login.
Q: Where can I learn more about the Dashboard?
A: Visit the Help Center or your training resources for guidance on navigating and personalizing your Dashboard.
