Welcome to Conversica! With your new Revenue Digital Assistant™ (RDA) you can look forward to more efficient qualification and conversion of your sales and/or service opportunities.
Now that your company’s Conversica Admin has added you as a user in Conversica, you’ll need to take the following steps to confirm your information and register with Conversica.

After your Conversica Admin creates an account for you, you will receive an email to confirm your contact information and successfully log in to Conversica.
- Your new user registration email will expire after 14 days. If you’re unable to register within that time period notify your Conversica Admin so they can re-issue a new registration email for you.

- Click on the Confirm Your Contact Information button which will take you to the Conversica website to complete your registration.
- From the Confirm User Information page, verify that your contact information is correct and create your Dashboard Login information by entering a Username and Password.

Username requirements:
- Should not be your email address.
- Only supports alphanumerics (A-Z) and the symbols _+@.-
- Note: If you have multiple Conversica accounts, the username cannot be the same. Each username needs to be unique.

Password requirements:
- Must be at least 10 characters long
- Contain no more than 2 identical characters in a row e.g. 111
- Must include at least 3 of the following 4 types of characters:
- Uppercase letter
- Lowercase letter
- Number
- Special character (i.e. _+@. -)

Username requirements:
- Once you’ve updated this information, click Submit.
- After you have submitted your Dashboard username and password, you’re ready to leverage your powerful RDA and the Conversica Dashboard.

FAQs
Q: I have a profile for another account, do I need a different username for each login?
A: Yes, you cannot reuse the same username more than once. If your email is already associated with an account, once you create a new username and login, you will be asked to approve the sync of the other accounts you have a profile for.
