Setting Up Conversica Integration with Tekion CRM

Setting up the Conversica integration with Tekion is a simple process that starts in Tekion’s Integration Hub. Follow the steps below to request a connection to the Conversica application and initiate the integration setup:

1. In your Tekion ARC application, open the Integration Hub app by clicking on the App Grid menu > Apps tab > APC section > Integration Hub app tile.
2. In the Integration Hub screen, you will see the following tabs:
   • All Integrations: Displays all the available integrations and their details
   • My Integrations: Displays all the integrations you have access to and those you have requested for connection. 
   • Click on the All Integrations tab to view the available integrations.
3. Search for Conversica using the search icon (magnifying glass).
   • You can also filter the list by using the Filter icon (funnel), or sort the list in the ascending or descending order of the integration names using the Sort drop-down list.
4. On the integrations screen, click on the Request Connection button at the upper-right corner of the screen to request a new connection. The Accept Data Permissions & T&C pop-up window is displayed. The Accept Data Permissions & T&C pop-up window has the following tabs:
   • Data Permissions: Contains the details of the data that will be accessed by Conversica.
   • Terms & Conditions: Contains the terms and conditions including publisher and authorizer details.
5. In the Data Permissions tab, read through the details of the data that will be accessed by Conversica.
6. Click on the Next button at the lower-right corner of the pop-up window.
7. In the Terms and Conditions tab, read through the Publisher and Authorized By details.
8. Click on the Accept & Connect button at the lower-right corner of the pop-up window to accept the data access permissions and the terms & conditions. To go to the previous tab, click on the Previous button.

Once these steps have been completed, Conversica will receive an email notification that you have requested access and proceed with the remaining steps to connect. We will let you know when the integration between Conversica and Tekion is established.
