The 6Sense integration with Conversica offers dynamic enrichment of contact data with predictive buying and account insights. This additional insight helps route contacts to the most tailored version of the conversation and adds personalization to make every interaction meaningful.
How does the 6sense integration work?
Conversica utilizes Data and Insights from 6Sense to enrich conversations, which is applied in two ways
- Personalization: Include 6Sense data fields in conversations as dynamic variables.
- This integration uses the data populated by 6Sense so that it can feed corresponding custom dynamic fields.
- Trigger Action: Use Conversation Rules to route contact to appropriate conversation (Salesforce CRM users only).
- Once a contact is identified for outreach, Conversica uses the 6Sense integration to obtain the account and buying insights, which help to personalize the conversation and if used with Conversation Rules, can properly segment the contact.
At this time, the 6Sense Conversica integration is only available to customers with certain 6Sense subscriptions.
