Conversica’s Premium Skills enhancement augments your existing top performing Revenue Digital Assistant™ skills and conversations to drive hyper-personalized customer engagement. Using additional data fields and adding new business variables, you can further tailor each conversation.
What value does a Premium Skill Enhancement provide?
- You select one skill and 3+ conversations to enhance.
- This includes upgraded Variables for personalization.
- Access to ABM/enrichment variables for conversation routing.
- Available professional services for implementation.
- One included integration where applicable.
Using variables from your CRM, ABM integration, or other data sources, you can add an additional 20 dynamic fields to your conversations to improve the overall customer experience and performance of your Revenue Digital Assistant. You can also leverage this data for segmentation via Conversica’s Conversation Rules, ensuring you route each lead to the best possible conversation, based on your available data. The value of leveraging your account and buying insights extends beyond traditional outbound and marketing activities; it is valuable across the entire revenue lifecycle.
Here are four examples of how these additional fields help you create personalized content:
- Industry-specific fields: You can identify the industries where most of the companies on your ABM list operate, then you can add their industry to your conversations or research their industry-specific challenges and address them in your content.
- Contact-specific fields: While engaging multiple contacts at an organization utilizing contact fields, such as Contact Title, can help you tailor your outreach and dialog based on the data received.
- Geography-specific fields: If your ABM list includes companies and prospects in different regions, customize your conversations to address topics specific to the region or country. A good example could be if you are hosting multiple virtual events in different time zones depending on the contact’s location.
- Segmentation fields: Leverage data inputs like Engagement Score, Buying Stage, Product Interest, and other/similar ABM fields to route each lead to the best possible conversation with Conversation Rules.

FAQs
Q: What systems have integrations that can be used for this enhancement?
A: The most common integrations for this use case will be 6sense and Gainsight. We can/will also use data via any existing CRM integration.
Q: Do the conversations I want to be enhanced have to all be from the same Skill set?
A: Yes. If you want to enhance conversations from different skills, you will need to purchase Premium Skill for each skill.
Q: Is it possible to preview what fields would be available for my system?
A: Because this data is being pulled from a 3rd party system, the best way to preview is to send a test message. We don’t have the ability to pull in data from a 3rd party system in a preview.
Q: Is my team responsible for adding/customizing the conversations?
A: If the skill/conversation has been enhanced before (we already have a Premium version of the skill) then you can use that existing upgraded conversation. If it has not been upgraded, our product team will work with the CSM and yourself to identify the wanted variables.
