November Conversation Update!
Welcome to our conversation update in the Conversica Community! We plan on having an update for you about once a month with all of our new conversations that are now available. If you would like to add any of these conversations to your library, please reach out to your CSM or let us know in the comments below and we’ll send the request in the right direction! This month we are bringing you multiple language variations as part of our commitment to expanding our language offerings, as well as some new Customer Success IVA offerings. Read on below for the full details!
Conversational Marketing
Spanish Webinar Follow Up - Conversica’s Webinar Follow Up conversation follows up with leads that attended a webinar. Conversica will reach out to leads after they attend a webinar to see if they want to learn more about your product. Your assistant can interact with your customers in Spanish.
Conversational Sales
Onboard Free Trial Outreach - Conversica's Onboard Free Trial Outreach conversation interacts with contacts who have registered for a free trial but have not yet begun the onboarding process to complete the integration. The goal of this conversation is to drive these contacts to take the first step required by your company to begin the onboarding process. Your assistant will first verify that the contact has received the information they need to complete the first step, as well as ask them if they are ready to move forward with a call with a representative.
Conversational Customer Success
Spanish Announcement Outreach - Conversica's Announcement Outreach conversation will help you reach out to your customers to announce any new products or features. Your assistant can interact with your customers in Spanish.
Current Client Event Invite: Link First - Conversica’s Current Client Event Invite conversation can help reach out to your current clients and invite them to an upcoming event that your company will be hosting. Your assistant will send the link to sign up in the first email exchange.
If you have any questions regarding these new conversations, let us know in the comments below!
