The prospect forwards a conversica email
What happens if the contact decides to loop someone else into the conversation? The conversation was stopped by Conversica (System stop).
This is actually a strange situation as the contact who was approached has replied to the assistant indicating that they looped the third person in. No email address of the third party was visible. What happens when this third party then replies to all? This could be a very valuable lead.

Hi Mariken,
Thank you for your question! I checked with my team and in the situation you mentioned, if the third party replies-to-all, the response will be recorded by Conversica in the lead manager and their email will be captured in the CC'd section. The Lead to Review alert will then alert the appropriate parties so no lead or response should go missing.
Have you been experiencing instances where this is not the case? If so, I'd be happy to get a team member of mine on the case.
