Whether you're a customer or a generative AI business professional, we have enhanced our systems to ensure that you can conveniently access everything you need. In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to log in and explore our community and help center, as well as troubleshoot any issues you may encounter.
Logging In - For Our Valued Customers
If you are a customer with access to the Conversica dashboard, logging in to our community is a breeze. Simply use our Single Sign-On (SSO) option to access the community. Your login credentials for login.Conversica.com will work seamlessly, providing you with a hassle-free experience.
Here's how you can do it:
- Access via the Conversica Dashboard:
- Log in to the dashboard using your usual credentials.
- For Salesforce Integration users, navigate to the Conversica App within Salesforce.
- For Non-Dashboard Users, visit login.Conversica.com.

Once you're in the dashboard, select the "Community" tab in the top navigation bar.
- Accessing the Community and Help Center Directly:
- Use the following URLs to access the Help Center or the Community.

Click on "Login" in the top navigation.

On the new page that opens, select "Continue with SSO".
- You will be redirected to the login.Conversica.com page.
- Sign in with your regular Conversica credentials.
- After successful authentication, you will be redirected back to the Community/Help Center.
Logging In - Generative AI Professionals
If you are a generative AI business professional or passionate about the application of generative AI in enterprise our community is the place for you. We have various sign-in options available for you.
Here's how you can log in to our Community and Help Center:
- Accessing the Community and Help Center using the provided URLs

Click on "Login" in the top navigation.

On the new page that opens, choose your preferred sign-in method:
- Native Zendesk Account - Sign in using your account stored within Zendesk.
- Google - Use your Google account to sign in. c.
- Microsoft - Sign in using your Microsoft account.
- Create an Account - If you prefer not to use Google or Microsoft accounts, or if you don't have an account yet, you can create one using your email and a password.
- After successful authentication, you will be redirected back to the Community/Help Center.
Creating an Account
If you do not have a Conversica or Community/Help Center account and prefer not to sign in with Google or Microsoft, you can easily create a new account. Here's how:

Click on the "Sign-Up" option in the lower left corner.

You will be redirected to the account creation page.
- An email will be sent to your provided email address.
- Click on the link in the email to create a password.
- Once you set your password, you will have access to both the Help Center and Community.
- If your email address matches our customer record, you will automatically be recognized as a customer with appropriate visibility settings.
*Note: If you would like to use your own email but would like to be recognized as a customer, open a support ticket and we will assist you.
