Four ways to boost your Conversica results
Are you using Conversica to work your leads to max potential? If the answer is not a resounding yes!, then these four strategies are worth it to boost lead engagement.
-
Evaluate how you target your lead segments.
It comes down to how you’re identifying leads to add to each Conversica conversation type. Do the backgrounds of your leads match the background descriptions in our articles? Are your goals in line with what the conversation is offering? Are you suppressing leads based on certain qualities like the following?
-
Study the lead quality report.
Monitor the thresholds for healthy leads – because while no one has 100% healthy leads, there is a point where it’s too risky (aka if you’re in the red) to keep emailing low-quality leads. Avoid this by first nurturing a specific segment of leads outside of Conversica (like with your marketing automation platform).
-
Identify low-quality lead sources.
Focus on your most concerning metrics by hovering your mouse over the red bars and clicking “View Leads” to find a common lead source value or campaign name. If there is one, it’s time to weigh the pros and cons of continuing to reach out to leads from that source.
-
Create a plan for improving lead health.
After completing the above three steps, work with your CRM to improve your Lead Health performance. The strategies you’ll further implement depend on your metrics that need addressing (such as Email Bounced, Invalid Email, Unsubscribed, and Marked as Spam).

Conversation Rules drives 23x ROI for Leica Geosystem
Manufacturing company Leica Geosystems (a Hexagon brand) wanted to see just how much Conversation Rules would impact their lead conversion. So as they set up their campaigns, they clearly labeled which campaigns used Conversation Rules and which ones didn’t.
Leica’s Revenue Digital Assistant for Marketing cultivated early interest with new leads and followed up with old or inactive prospects.
The result? The campaigns using Conversation Rules may have received fewer leads overall, but far outperformed the campaigns without Rules in every comparable metric. The team saw a 300% increase in their net-new lead to qualified lead conversions and 23x ROI, with 12% of their total opportunity value influenced by their RDA.

Thanks to Leica’s successful implementation of Conversation Rules using Conversica and SalesForce CRM, we earned a Partner Innovation Award at Dreamforce 2023!
