Skip straight to asking for a meeting (instead of a phone number)
Companies are moving away from phone calls and relying more on video conferences for their meetings, so we updated our Learning More and Drive Action conversations to reflect this shift for the “Verify Phone” exchange.
Instead of asking for a call and the lead’s phone number, your RDA now requests a meeting (and can include a scheduling link for the lead to use).

Activate these enhancements to any Learning More or Drive Action flow conversation by contacting your CSM.
Configuration and reporting updates to Conversica Chat
Conversica Chat is our GPT-powered web chat that offers relevant, brand-specific answers to just about any question a visitor asks – and your account dashboard has helpful new enhancements:
- Chat reporting launched! There are four different types of reports (Trends, Details, Usage, and Funnel) for you to see how Chat is performing with your web visitors. Chat already offers a great web visitor experience with lead capture – now you can see it in full force with this reporting functionality!
- Chat configuration UI management is now accessible on your dashboard
- Chat can now capture leads to Microsoft Dynamics and Eloqua for further follow up and engagement

Link First is supported for Post Event and Reactivate in the Marketing RDA!
Link First delivers information faster, enabling your RDA to send a link in the first message and provide leads with more upfront value to take quicker action. Now it’s available in your Marketing RDA’s “Post Event” and “Reactive” conversations!
