With the influx of holidays and time-off requests this season, it’s important to get ahead and ensure your RDA both matches your office hours and the routed rep’s availability.
By default, your Revenue Digital Assistant won’t engage with leads on the following holidays:
- Thanksgiving Day: Thursday, November 23
- Christmas Day: Monday, December 25
- New Year’s Day: Monday, January 1
You can create an out-of-office response for your AI assistant (especially for any additional days scheduled off) and route leads to other reps when team members take vacation.
