We're thrilled to announce a game-changing enhancement that will revolutionize your experience with Conversation Rules: the introduction of "OR" operators!
How It Works:
Creating and managing rules for Contact Assignment and Rep Assignment just got a whole lot easier and more powerful. Now, users have the flexibility to use "OR" operators, making rule creation a breeze with less time spent duplicating rules.. Here's a quick rundown of how it works:
- Creating a New Rule for Contact List Assignment:
- Click on the "+ Create New Rule" button.
- A modal will pop up, allowing you to define the new rule.
- Notice the new border box around the Conditions Section that comes with a handy "+ OR" button on the next line.
- Selecting the “+ Or” button will add a second “if-statement” that will be utilized alongside the first to filter leads.
- Adding Multiple Conditions:
- You can still create conditions with "And" by clicking on the blue text labeled "+ New Lead Data Rule."
- This creates a new Border Box where you can also define separate "OR Conditions."
- Finalizing Your Rule:
- After applying the conditions, direct the rule to a Contact List just like before.
- All other functions remain unchanged for a seamless experience.
