New Conversica Releases
SMS Settings Now Available in Your Dashboard
The TCR (Governing Board of US Mobile Carriers) recently released new requirements for SMS messaging. These new requirements mandate that businesses be individually registered with the TCR.
In order to make this process as easy as possible for those utilizing SMS in their outreach strategy, we have added a new SMS section to your Settings tab in your Dashboard. This page will collect all the required information so you can continue to succeed with an omnichannel approach!

If you're a Conversica Admin, please take a moment to check out your SMS settings to make sure all required information is filled out!
*Please note: If you provided your TAX ID information earlier this year to Conversica, it should be automatically filled out.

Feb. 6 | Conversation Editor Enhancements
We are thrilled to announce a significant upgrade to Conversica's Conversation Editor, designed to empower you with more control and efficiency in managing your messaging interactions. From a full-page editor to improved subject line management and streamlined collaboration, we aim to provide you with a superior tool for optimizing your messaging conversations.
Key Highlights of the Conversation Editor Enhancements:
Full Page Interaction

Say goodbye to modal pop-ups! The Conversation Editor and Subject Editor will offer a full-page interaction on a new tab, providing you with ample space to focus on editing your messaging without any constraints.
Message Testing
Testing your conversations will never be easier! You’ll have two new testing features, Preview Messaging and Interactive Exchange, available to you right from the editor.

Preview Messages will send all of the exchange’s attempts to you and whoever you want to include, so you can see exactly what your lead will see for each attempt.
Interactive Exchange allows you to test your conversation as if it’s a real lead, starting with the first exchange. This means you can test out each exchange by replying back to the assistant.
Easier Collaboration
Collaboration is key! Enjoy the convenience of shareable URLs that take each person to the exact location of the conversation so you can work efficiently and collaboratively on customizing your conversations.
A more detailed rundown of all the changes will be posted in the Conversica Community! Follow the Products Updates topic to be the first to know.
Feb. 1 | Reminder: Conversation Name Changes
As part of our Conversation Editor revamp, we want to remind you about the conversation name changes coming February 1.
In an effort to make our conversations more intuitive and flexible with what the current markets demand, we’re rolling out an update that will change the naming of some of the conversations you’ve been using over the years. This will not change any of the functionality of your conversation and no action is required on your part.
