Introducing Carbon Copy Rep on Email
We are excited to announce the release of our latest feature: Carbon Copy Rep on Email. This update is designed to enhance your Assistant’s capabilities and streamline the sales process by automating the inclusion of sales representatives in email threads with leads.
What’s New?
With the Carbon Copy Rep feature, your Revenue Digital Assistant™ (RDA) can now seamlessly include assigned sales representatives in ongoing email exchanges with leads, starting from the second email onward. This ensures a smooth transition from RDA to rep, allowing for real-time engagement without disrupting the conversation flow.
Key Improvements:
- Seamless Communication: Automatically includes sales reps in email threads, ensuring they’re introduced smoothly within the conversation.
- Increased Efficiency: Reduces the time reps spend on manual introductions, enabling faster engagement with leads.
- Enhanced Engagement: Higher email deliverability rates ensure your messages reach the inbox and prompt responses.
How It Works
In the Conversation Editor, admins can enable this feature by checking the “CC: RepName” box for each contact list.
Reps will then be automatically copied on all subsequent email exchanges, with a new color scheme to differentiate responses:
- Assistant Sent Messages: Purple
- Lead Response: Green
- Rep Response: Orange
Use Cases:
- High Lead Volume: Ideal for managing large volumes of leads during high-intensity campaigns or promotions, ensuring no lead is left waiting.
- Complex Sales Processes: Crucial for industries where detailed information and personalized responses are necessary, allowing the most qualified person to engage early in the conversation.
This feature is now live and available for all Conversica users. We’re confident that it will significantly enhance your sales process and improve overall lead engagement.
