Using the New Custom Messaging Mode

Try creating your first custom conversation!

On August 1, we released one of our biggest updates to the Conversation Editor yet. The Conversation Editor with AI Assist introduces a suite of new features designed to give you more flexibility when crafting your messages.

One of the main features of this new update is the ability to use the Custom Messaging Mode. The mode gives you full access to editing the content of the message.
