We’re excited to announce the launch of the Fact Management Tool, giving you a powerful, centralized interface to manage and refine the knowledge base that powers your Conversica Assistant With AnswersIQ.
Overview
With this release, you can now view, edit, organize, and publish facts directly in the Conversica platform. This update streamlines fact management by allowing you to work within a single knowledge base, segment facts into topics, and assign topics to assistants as needed.
How It Works
- Navigate to Engagement Tools > AnswersIQ to access the new page.
- Manually enter new facts or clone existing facts
- Organize facts into topics and assign them to relevant assistants.
- Use status indicators to track changes before publishing.
- Publish updates to activate the feature and make facts available to your assistant.
Important: The AnswersIQ becomes active on your account as soon as you manually enter and publish a fact for the first time.
