July Conversation Update!
Welcome to the very first conversation update in the Conversica Community! We plan on having an update for you about once a month with all of our new conversations that are now available.

This month we are bringing you four language variations as part of our commitment to expanding our language offerings, as well as a drive action variation for our At Risk Outreach conversation.

Conversational Marketing
French and German Fresh Contacts: Drive Action - Our Fresh Contacts conversation is designed to reach out to contacts that have expressed interest in some manner but have not asked to speak with a representative yet. Your assistant will reach out thanking the lead for their interest in the free trial and drive to a phone call with the assigned representative, while also sending a link for your leads to interact with. Your assistant can now communicate with your leads in French and German.
German Reengage: Drive Action Standalone - The Reengage Conversation caters to leads between 1 and 8 months old that have not been engaged in over 30 days. These leads have expressed interest in the past and Conversica will contact them to see if they are interested in your products and services now. In the Drive Action Standalone variation, your assistant will message leads, driving them to interact with a link. Your assistant can interact with your customers in German.
Conversational Sales
French Free Trial Contacts: Drive Action Standalone - Our Free Trial Contacts conversation reaches out to leads who signed up for a free trial and asks if they would like to learn more about a product or service. With the Drive Action Standalone variation, your assistant will reach out thanking the lead for their interest in the free trial, and drive to a link for your leads to interact with. Your assistant can now communicate with your leads in French.
Conversational Customer Success
At Risk Outreach Improvement: Drive Action - The At Risk Outreach: Improvement conversation will connect with your current customers that have areas of their account that can be improved. In this Drive Action variation, the goal is to get the client on the phone to walk through the benefits they are missing out on, while also sending a link for your leads to interact with.
