Welcome to our conversation update in the Conversica Community! We plan on having an update for you about once a month with all of our new conversations that are now available.

This month we are bringing you multiple language variations as part of our commitment to expanding our language offerings, as well as some new Customer Success IVA offerings.

Portuguese Reengage: Drive Action Standalone - The Reengage conversation caters to leads between 1 and 8 months old that have not been engaged in over 30 days. These leads have expressed interest in the past and Conversica will contact them to see if they are interested in your products and services now. In the Drive Action Standalone variation, your assistant will message leads, driving them to interact with a link. Your assistant can interact with your customers in Portuguese.
French, German, and Japanese Fresh Contacts: Drive Action Standalone - Conversica’s Fresh Contacts conversation is designed to reach out to contacts that have expressed interest in some manner but have not asked to speak with a representative yet. Your assistant will send a link for your leads to interact with instead of setting up a phone call. Your assistant can interact with your customers in French, German, or Japanese.

Spanish New Account Representative - Conversica’s New Account Representative conversation will work to introduce an existing customer to the representative who is best able to help them use a new, upgraded subscription or new consultation they just purchased, or just use the product solution. Your assistant will message leads, asking them if they would be interested in scheduling training. Your assistant can interact with your customers in Spanish.
Spanish At Risk Outreach: Improvement - Conversica's At Risk Outreach: Improvement conversation will connect with your current customers that have areas of their account that can be improved. The goal is to walk through the benefits they are missing out on. Your assistant can interact with your customers in Spanish.
