The ProMax API integration allows customers to benefit from the seamless and secure transfer of data between ProMax CRM and Conversica. This article covers basic information about this integration.
Summary
ProMax CRM is integrated with Conversica for mutual customers using the Conversica API (v 7.1). The Conversica API facilitates the flow of Lead data from ProMax CRM to the Conversica Platform, as well as the flow of Lead Update and Message object data from the Conversica Platform back to ProMax CRM. This is all performed using secure, JSON-encoded POST requests.
Activation
- Conversica notifies ProMax regarding new dealership customer activation
- ProMax confirms and activates the API data feed for the mutual customer
- The unique ID for that customer is provided to Conversica from ProMax, and the integration is activated on the Conversica end

Standard Lead Type and Status Values
ProMax has a set of default lead type and status values for all customers. Beyond those listed below, ProMax customers can add, edit, or configure additional values. Please let your Conversica Software Installation Specialist know about any desired customization using such additional, non-standard values.

Unsupported Features
Conversica currently does not support ProMax's franchise/parent org account feature for groups. Stores need individual API feeds/IDs to function with our systems.
