The CSV over SFTP integration allows you to upload a CSV file to our SFTP server by using an application that we will help install during the onboarding process. The CSV file is created using a spreadsheet application like Microsoft Excel and stores rows of data records in plain text.
The preferred approach is to send emails via the Conversica system using a dedicated sub-domain. This setup for messaging allows sending larger quantities of email in shorter periods of time and eliminates any sending limit restrictions.
