The Conversica API integration works by accepting sets of field data in the form of a JSON object to one of our API endpoints.

Email

An integral part of the Conversica service is sending emails on your behalf from your AI-powered assistant and being able to receive email responses from prospects for AI classification and follow up. 

The preferred approach is to send emails via the Conversica system using a dedicated sub-domain. This setup for messaging allows sending larger quantities of email in shorter periods of time and eliminates any sending limit restrictions.
