The Conversica assistant can be configured to automatically skip to follow up or stop messaging based on DealerSocket status updates. The Conversica action will occur when the lead status is applied in DealerSocket and the status update arrives in Conversica.
Below are the recommended Conversica actions for each DealerSocket status. This plan is designed to:
- Leverage your assistant's engagement to gather feedback and additional information from leads; and
- Stop engagement with leads who do not require further contact
