New Releases for Conversation Rules
Rep Assignment Rules sends the right lead to the right rep
Streamline your Sales lead management process with Rep Assignment Rules, a new feature under Conversation Rules that enables you to create rules that efficiently route leads.
You can assign contacts to specific representatives to help ensure that each contact is assigned to the most appropriate representative, based on factors such as location, industry, and product or service needs.
Example: Contacts may be assigned to representatives based on their sales territory, which can be determined by factors such as location or customer size.

Contact Movement tracks lead progress to send messages accordingly
Your communication process just got even smarter with Contact Movement, another new Conversation Rules addition. This allows you to create messaging-cadence based rules to prevent conversation burnout and miscommunication.
As your contacts move through each of the funnel stages, these rules help track the progress of contacts and determine when to Skip or Stop Messaging a lead.
Example: If a lead’s status in your CRM is changed to Contacted, then the conversation will be set to Skip to Follow Up.
