We are thrilled to announce the release of Conversation Editor with AI Assist. Based on your valuable feedback, we’ve made significant improvements to our Conversation Editor. This update is designed to provide you with greater flexibility, ease of use, and customization options. Whether you want to fine-tune your messages or leverage AI assistance, Conversation Editing is here to help you communicate more effectively.
Key Improvements
- Standard Messaging: Continue using our familiar structured editing approach with enhanced navigation support.
- Custom Messaging: Gain more control over message content, allowing for comprehensive customization beyond just variable edits.
- Rewrite with AI: Utilize AI to generate and refine your messaging with intelligent suggestions.
- Improved Navigation: New dropdown for easier navigation between message attempts.
- Better Variable Management: Enhanced filtering and search functionalities for simpler variable management.
- Tips & Tricks Widget: Real-time guidance to help you get the most out of Custom Messaging.
Enabling Custom Messaging Mode:
In order for any user to begin Custom Messaging, Admins will need to grant access to the desired Profiles.
How it Works: Switching Between Messaging Modes
- Open Conversation Editor:
- Navigate to the top navigation menu and click on Conversations.
- Select Conversation Editor.
- Choose the conversation you want to edit and select the Contact List you are working on.
- Select the Message:
- In Conversation Editor, locate the message you want to switch modes for.
- Switch Modes:
- Click on the Mode Name displayed above the message (this will show as "Standard Messaging").

A dropdown menu will appear. Select Custom Messaging from the dropdown.
- Save Changes:

Make any necessary edits in the Custom Messaging mode.
- Click Save Changes before navigating away from the messaging page to ensure your customizations are retained.
