Conversica's Group Dashboard provides an easy way to monitor multiple accounts with a single login. This can be beneficial for Automotive Groups with multiple stores or Corporate Business' with multiple branches that utilize Conversica.
The dashboard is organized into several key sections:
Overview
The Overview shows you a quick summary of how your assistants are collectively interacting with leads or customers. If you have Revenue Digital Assistants™ for Sales and Service in your dashboard, you can toggle to the corresponding dashboard at the top. The Conversica at Work widget shows combined metrics for the selected assistant type.
A breakdown of each store's metrics is provided in the Accounts section. From here you can jump into a specific accounts dashboard. You can also do this from the dropdown menu up top.
Lead Manager
Lead Manager allows you to see all the leads or customers your assistants are contacting. You can monitor your leads' status and progress and see which requires your attention. You can search by individual leads, or use a multitude of filters to find the leads you are looking for. Anyone with Group Dashboard access can view all leads.
In addition to the features discussed above, Group Dashboard users have Admin access by default, which allows them to: Add or Delete a User, Edit a User, and Reassign a Lead. This access also affords them the use of features such as Reply as Assistant, Stop Messaging, and Skip to Follow Up messaging. These actions can be used on any lead in the dashboard, providing they meet certain requirements.
If you use the Revenue Digital Assistant for Automotive Service, you will have access to the same functionality and benefits on the Customer Manager tab.
Lead Sources
The Lead Sources report helps you analyze how your lead source providers are performing over a given period for multiple stores. Which lead source is giving you the highest number of Hot leads? Are you spending your marketing dollars on a lead source that is giving you a high number of unworkable leads (e.g., duplicates, leads without email addresses)? The Lead Sources report helps you analyze your lead sources on a group level.

FAQ
Q: How do I get a Group Dashboard?
A: Contact your Customer Success Manager to have a Group Dashboard created. Please provide a list of the accounts that you would like access to. You will receive an email containing your username and password to login to your Group Dashboard.
Q: Who should have access to the Group Dashboard?
A: Conversica recommends that Managers & Admin have a group login. Below is a list of other roles that may benefit from this universal login:
- Marketing Directors
- Corporate Level Contacts
- Central BDC Members working leads for multiple stores
Q: Why am I not able to use Reply as Assistant, Skip to Follow-Up, or Stop Messaging on a lead?
A: You’ll want to make sure that you are selecting a specific dashboard in the Accounts selection box of the Overview page. The default selection is “All Accounts”.
“All Accounts” will allow you to compare metrics from the total number of accounts in the group, but this option does not behave like a traditional dashboard; it’s more like a view of aggregated data from across many dashboards. In order to make changes to a particular dashboard in this group, you’ll first need to select it in the Accounts section and then perform the desired action.
That being said, these actions all have certain requirements that must be met before they can be used on a lead.
Q: Why am I receiving an error message when attempting to search for a lead in Lead Manager / Customer Manager?
A: “All Accounts” is selected by default on all group dashboards, which enables you to search all the dashboards included in the group.
By attempting to further limit your search results with this option selected, a conflict is created and an error message is returned.
If you have “All Accounts” selected, do not filter your search results. Rather, leave the boxes unchecked as shown below. Doing so will ensure that you are searching and loading results from all dashboards in the group.
Q: Can I Reply as Assistant from the Group Dashboard?
A: Yes. To Reply as Assistant you will need to toggle into the individual account from the Group Dashboard. Then you will see the Reply as Assistant tool available in Lead Manager.
