The Affinitiv XRM API integration (FI) allows customers to benefit from the seamless and secure transfer of data between Affinitiv XRM and Conversica. This article covers basic information about this integration.

Integration Overview
Affinitiv XRM is integrated with Conversica for mutual customers using the Conversica API (v 7.1). The Conversica API facilitates the flow of Lead data from Affinitiv XRM to the Conversica Platform, as well as the flow of Lead Update and Message object data from the Conversica Platform back to Affinitiv XRM. This is all performed using secure, JSON-encoded POST requests.
Setup
- Conversica notifies Affinitiv XRM regarding new dealership customer activation.
- Affinitiv XRM confirms and activates the API data feed for the mutual customer.
- The unique ID for that customer is provided to Conversica from Affinitiv, and the integration is activated on the Conversica end.
